Design Fees

Refreshed Interiors works to meet the clients needs, budgets and time restraints. Our jobs vary from consultations in which the client uses our advice and completes the work him or herself.... to a full scale design project in which we are responsible for the purchase, fabrication, and installation of all furnishings and accessories.

Hourly Billing

Hourly billing generally works better for smaller jobs or for clients who want to do a little at a time. Clients are billed at an hourly rate of $75 for time spent in consultation and for time spent shopping with the client. Floor plans and furniture specifications along with selection of paint, fabric, wall covering, floor covering, lighting, appliances and accessories are also billed at the hourly rate.

Contracted Billing

Projects can also be billed under contracts in which the client knows up front, the total cost of the design fee. This fee is paid in three installments...50% of the contract is paid at the beginning of the project, 25% is paid after 60 days, with the remainder due at 120 days.

Makeover Billing

Makeover consultations are available using the clients existing furniture and accessories at a rate of $75 per hour. It is important that I see your home a few days before the makeover is scheduled. It helps to see what new items, if any, I might need to bring and gives me a chance to get to know your tastes and needs better.

I am always amazed at what a new look a makeover can give to a home, using items you already have. Remember, you purchased these items because you liked them...... you just need a Refreshed Eye to place and use them in ways you may not have considered.

Makeovers are a great way to get a whole new look and spend very little money. Who wouldn't want that?

Home Staging

Staging is a makeover done to increase the salability of your home. We rearrange furniture and accessories to make the house pleasing to as many prospective buyers as possible. We will make suggestions of furniture that may need to be removed and stored in order to make your rooms appear larger. Lighting may need to be added to make your home brighter and those dried flowers you bought in the 80's............????????

A Refreshed Note

For contracted, hourly and makeover clients, all items purchased through Refreshed Interiors are done so at 30 - 60% off retail. Shipping and delivery charges may be billed separately. A 50% deposit is required before any order is placed and the balance is due upon receipt of the item.
